After the recent promotion of IPS officers at the government level, the ongoing discussions about transfer came to an end on January 4. The government has transferred 18 IPS officers late last night, under which Sanjeev Suman has been made the new SSP of Aligarh. Kala Nidhi Naithani, who recently became DIG, posted here has been sent as the new DIG of Jhansi.
Sanjeev Suman is a 2014 batch IPS officer and is originally a resident of Khagaria district of Bihar. He has been working as SSP in Muzaffarnagar for the last one year. Now he has been given the responsibility of Aligarh. Kalanidhi Naithani, posted in Aligarh since 2021, was waiting for new posting after promotion. Under the transfer order, he has been made the new DIG of Jhansi. For three years, he unveiled many challenging incidents here very accurately. Be it the spice of law and order in the city or the most talked about spurious liquor scandal of the state. In all the incidents he worked with utmost courtesy and without pressure. Due to which he became a political target also. Now the new officer will take charge in a day or two.

I especially thank the people of Aligarh who supported me every step of the way and inspired and encouraged me to do good work.
